Unless included within a specific package, delegates are responsible for flights, accommodation and personal travel expenses. The organising team can provide guidance on hotels, local transportation and event logistics.

Delegates are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel documentation. The organising team will provide supporting invitation documentation where applicable, but visa approval remains the responsibility of the participant.
